If we can learn to reduce the energy of stress within the body, the body’s unique healing mechanisms can do their magical work.

The Sounds of Relaxation CD is designed to be used at the end of a long day in order to soothe away the stress of the day. You may also choose to use it to help you fall asleep at night. Each track has been carefully selected for its ability to weave the magic of relaxation.
