The Living Soul Series is the first in a series of lectures designed to educate the public on the scientific nature of the human soul. There is a great deal of information available in the scientific literature relative to the results of recent research on the soul. This series of four lectures given over a period of two days will enlighten and educate the participant on the Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual aspects of the most valuable asset that a human can own.

The human soul is one of the most magnificent creations ever conceived by the Creator. Even more wonderful is the fact that each of us owns one. However, few of us know anything more about this fantastic gift than what we happen to learn in Sunday school. The Living Soul Series was created by Mitchell E. Gibson MD as an answer to the numerous requests that he has received to share his special knowledge of the workings of the human soul. Dr. Gibson is a board-certified forensic psychiatrist, spiritual teacher, writer, and astrological researcher. Dr. Gibson received his medical degree at the age of 24 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed residency training in psychiatry at the Albert Einstein Medical Center.

Dr.Gibson has received initiation in at least three spiritual disciplines. He received his highest initiation in 1994 from Sri Matajhi Indira Devi at which time he received the gifts of clairvoyant vision, spiritual intuition and spiritual discernment. During this special series, Dr. Gibson will teach the participants about his special knowledge of the exciting true nature of the human soul, its origins, anatomy, physical structure, mental and emotional nature, and spiritual potential.

The care and handling of the soul is important in preventing the onset of various soul related illnesses that can beset the human vessel. Dr. Gibson will explore the basics of caring for the spiritual form that lives within us all. He will also share his knowledge of soul-related pathologies and how they can create physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dysfunction and illness. Prenatal and birth traumas, past-life traumas, spiritual attachments, soul fragmentation and loss, and the effects of prayer and remote healing are just a few of the topics that he will cover in this portion of the seminar.

There is a crisis brewing in the spiritual world. A growing number of human spirits are electing not to go into the Light. Decades of war, famine, drought, economic calamity and political unrest have led to the creation of billions of unsettled human spirits who now choose to remain attached to this world rather than move onto the next one. A major reason that they are choosing this state is that they do not understand the death state or the true condition of their souls. They do not understand that they are dead. They furthermore do not understand the necessary steps that they must now take to release themselves from their present conditions. In short, they do not know what to do next so they return to that which is familiar.

Our present systems of spiritual and religious education have not adequately prepared the masses for this transition. It has been estimated that more than 80% of all human spirits are choosing to remain attached to this world in some fashion. This attachment may be to a loved one, friends, property, relatives, or even to some physical structure. Their presence in this world is causing a tremendous amount of emotional, physical, and spiritual suffering in those to whom they attach. This teaching series is the first of many such efforts that are being given to this world to address this situation.
